You will be employed by us. Your salary is paid reliably every month, always before the official South African payday.
Our client assignments are designed for the long term. Most contracts run for at least twelve months and often significantly longer.

There are two paths. You can grow within your role at the client, or take on additional responsibilities with us. We support talents who want to take on more responsibility.

Yes. Our team is closely connected. There are regular meetups and shared sessions. We host monthly lunch sessions, larger quarterly events, and smaller activities like hikes, boxing in the park, sushi after work, and more.
Yes. We provide all the hardware you need, such as a MacBook, headsets, and screens. Our office is located in De Waterkant, well equipped, with breakfast snacks, coffee, and a central location.
Yes. We work on a trust-based model and fully remote. The office is also available to you.
You apply online. We then review your profile and have conversations with you. After that, you’ll meet the potential client. The application process is demanding and consists of seven steps. It usually takes between a few days and two weeks, depending on availability. We assess skills, motivation, language proficiency, and cultural fit. What matters most to us is creating a win-win situation for both clients and talents.
