How does your talent selection process work?

We handle the entire recruiting process. Every application goes through screening, interviews, language tests, a skills-based assessment, and a cultural fit assessment tailored to the role.

You usually receive profiles within a few days—often even faster for urgent roles.

Yes. We provide a curated shortlist; the final decision is made together with you.

We handle HR, culture, well-being, engagement, and additional training. You manage the day-to-day operations.
